Refund and Returns Policy

At Commercial Van Seating, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a refund or exchange. We will need photos of the damage or defect in order to process your request.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. We will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product to us but we may be able to help with this as we do it all the time.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition or if the request is made outside of the timeframes stated above.

If there is nothing wrong with the item but you still want to return it we may still agree to a return so long as the above conditions are met and subject to a 15% handling fee to cover time wasted and transaction fees.
